The NFL Conference Championship Sunday matchups are set and both of the home teams are favored by over a touchdown. What about the totals for Sunday’s Titans-Chiefs and Packers-49ers matchups?

AFC Championship Game

Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, MO

The Chiefs opened as 7-point home favorites to beat the Titans and at some books, the line has been bet up past the key number to 7.5. As for the total, the number hit the board at 51.5 and that’s where it currently sits. According to our NFL Public Betting Chart page, the Chiefs are receiving 62% of tickets to cover the spread.

The Titans have dominated this matchup ATS, covering in all four of the last four meetings and posting a 5-1 ATS record in their last six trips to Arrowhead Stadium. The road team is also 8-2 against the spread in the last 10 meetings between these two teams while the underdog is a perfect 4-0 at the betting window a well.

NFC Championship Game

6:40 p.m. ET, Sunday, January 19, 2020

Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, CA

The 49ers also opened as 7-point home favorites to beat the Packers, but the total for this game has been set much lower than the NFC title game. The total opened at 45 and that’s where it sits at the majority of sports books. The home favorite is seeing even more public support from bettors, with 68% of betting tickets currently on the 49ers.

The Packers are just 2-5 against the spread in their last seven games versus the 49ers while the over has cashed in seven of the last 10 meetings. That said, Green Bay has covered in five of its last six playoff games and is 4-1 ATS in its last five postseason games on the road. The 49ers are also only 7-19-1 against the number in their last 27 games as a favorite despite covering on Saturday in a route of the Vikings. They are, however, 5-2-1 against the spread in their last eight games overall.
