Toyota Owners 400 favorites

Martin Truex Jr. is installed as a +400 favorite, followed by veterans Brad Keselowski (+600) and Denny Hamlin (+650).

Truex, tied for second on the NASCAR Cup Series odds board, won last week’s Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 (the second straight year he’s won that race) and is the defending champion of the Toyota Owners 400. The race wasn’t held last year because of the pandemic, but Truex won it in 2019.

Keselowski, meanwhile, has struggled recently but has three Top-5 finishes through eight races this season, while Hamlin has placed in the Top 5 in all but one Cup Series race.

Joey Logano (+750) and Kyle Busch (+800) round out the Top 5 betting favorites. Logano won the Food City Dirt Race on March 29 and has finished second at two other events, while Busch is a five-time winner of the Toyota Owners 400, most recently winning in 2018.

How to bet on NASCAR

The most popular way to bet on NASCAR is by simply picking the winner of a race, which is also referred to as an outright. There are plenty of other ways to wager, including betting on whether or not a driver will finish in the Top 3 or Top 10 of a race.

Another popular betting option is head-to-head matchup betting, where sportsbooks pair up two drivers and you choose who you think will finish better in the race, which is far easier than trying to select someone to win out of a field of approximately 40 drivers.
