NBA Daily Fantasy Predictions 5/15/18 Who should you play on Tuesday?

The Eastern Conference Finals continue tonight with Game 2 of the Boston Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Here’s our Daily Fantasy Predictions for today’s game.

In a single game format on DraftKings, players get to selection six options at any position with a $50,000 budget. If you loaded up on Celtics, that worked out well in Game 1. Here’s the six players we are using for the contest.

Cavs’ LeBron James, $18,000: It’s a lofty price but James tends to be at his best with his back against the wall. After a very lackluster Game 1 (37.75 fantasy points), some are already questioning his ability to lead Cleveland in this series. I think LeBron bounces back tonight and shows why he is one of the all-time greats. It’s up to him to bring this series back to Cleveland, 1-1.

Celtics’ Jaylen Brown, $10,800: Brown has been a great offensive boost for the Celtics their last two games, putting up a combined 47 points. That has led to 75.5 fantasy points. I look for Brown to have another strong outing tonight as he continues to get a lot of scoring opportunities against this lackluster Cleveland defense.

Celtics’ Marcus Morris, $7,100: Morris showed a lot of intensity while trying to defend LeBron James in Game 1. He will be tasked with the same challenge tonight, but it seems to motivate him on both sides of the floor. He had a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds in the Game-1 victory. I think he can put up similar fantasy numbers today because he can pick up steals, assists and blocks to make up for the dip in scoring.

Cavs’ Kyle Korver, $5,200: Korver had a quiet 15.75 fantasy points in Game 1 after going just 1-of-5 from the arc. He has typically bounced back well. He had just 15 fantasy points in Game 2 at Toronto and followed that up with 27.5 points in Game 3 behind four 3-pointers. I think Korver will hit his shots tonight and give LeBron some offensive assistance.

Cavs’ Tristan Thompson, $4,800: Thompson was a bright spot for the Cavs in Game 1, scoring 22.75 fantasy points behind eight points and 11 rebounds. The Celtics have struggled with centers all season and Thompson was very impactful in his 21 minutes of action. Cleveland is going to need his rebounding in this series, so I think he logs more minutes tonight as well.

Cavs’ George Hill, $4,000: Hill continues to log big minutes for Cleveland. He had a very quiet Game 1 despite playing 28 minutes. While I can’t promise a big outing, Hill still has a lot of upside because of how many minutes he will play. If Hill gets some early baskets, it could lead to a big fantasy night. He has the ability to rack up some assists and rebounds.
