Pittsburgh Fantasy Spin

Au’Diese Toney had a career-high 27 points (11-19 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT) Tuesday at Duke, adding four rebounds and an assist. It’s an outing that largely came from nowhere, but Toney does appear to be trending positively. He’s started the team’s last five games and is averaging 13.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.4 steals in that stretch. Miami’s defense doesn’t present as opposing for Sunday’s matchup, and while Toney likely won’t score this much, he may still be an underpriced DFS option.

Notre Dame Fantasy Spin

TJ Gibbs had 23 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), four assists, two rebounds and a steal Wednesday against Wake Forest. It was the eighth straight double-digit scoring outing for Gibbs, who has gone for 20+ just one other time in that stretch. The consistent scoring keeps his nightly floor stable, but the ceiling is hamstrung by peripheral upside, as Gibbs averages 2.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.0 steals nightly.
