With the College Football season now in full swing, some Heisman Trophy contenders are starting to emerge. Here’s a look at the latest odds to claim the prestigious trophy.

According to oddsmakers at BetNow.eu, Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa is the clear favorite to win the honor, as he has -125 odds to win. Other short odds to win Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins (+275) and Oklahoma QB Kyler Murray (+350).

Tagovailoa is a sophomore QB that came on to the scene in last year’s playoff championship and has been dynamite so far this season. He has thrown for 1,161 yards and 14 touchdowns with no interceptions while completing 75 percent of his passes. He has seen limited action in most games due to Alabama’s lopsided victories. Tagovailoa has only thrown more than 20 passes in one game for unbeaten Alabama.

Haskins is the sophomore quarterback for Ohio State. The Buckeyes are off to a 5-0 start with a pair of wins over ranked teams. He has thrown for 1,464 yards and 19 touchdowns this season with just two interceptions. Haskins is completing 70.8 percent of his passes and he has thrown for over 300 yards in three of his five games.

Murray is the starting quarterback for Oklahoma, who is off to a 5-0 start. Murray has thrown for 1,460 yards and 17 touchdowns with just two interceptions. He is completing 70.6 percent of his passes and also has rushed for 285 yards and four touchdowns. The junior quarterback is being sat down for part of this Saturday’s game for disciplinary reasons.
