San Francisco Giants Fantasy Spin

Buster Posey swatted a grand slam in the 10th inning to propel the Giants to a 10-7 win over the Brewers in extra innings on Friday. Posey launched a grand slam to left-center field off Brewers reliever Matt Albers to put the Giants ahead for good in the high-scoring affair. It was his fourth round-tripper of the season. The 32-year-old backstop has been extremely disappointing at the plate, hitting .257/.317/.392 with 25 runs scored and 26 RBI in 243 plate appearances.

Milwaukee Brewers Fantasy Spin

Josh Hader coughed up a pair of solo homers over two innings in a blown save against the Giants on Friday. Hader struck out three batters, but also served up a pair of home runs, including a game-tying blast to Tyler Austin in the eighth inning and a go-ahead shot to Brandon Crawford in the ninth. He was bailed out from taking a loss after the Brewers offense responded with a ninth-inning rally. The 25-year-old southpaw has surrendered nine home runs in 45 innings this season, which seems absurdly-high given his ability to miss bats. He owns a 2.40 ERA despite a 0.67 WHIP and 82/13 K/BB ratio. He remains an elite fantasy reliever.
